Homer Pitchforth Carver, 82 , died March 13, 1991 in the Utah Valley Hospital.

Born September 20, 1908 in Nephi, Utah to James William and Sophia May Pitchforth Carver. Married Mary Barentsen, November 5, 1930; she died in 1962. Married Edith Snow, December 27, 1963; she died in 1977. Married Orale Scholes, September 1, 1978. Member Edgemont 12th Ward, LDS Church. High Priest and served in many callings. Retired from Brigham Young University Maintenance Dept after 17 years. He enjoyed camping and fishing.Survived by wife, Provo; two sons and one daughter, Gary Homer Carver, Danville, California; James Andrew Carver, Moab; Mrs. Larry (Diane) King, Orem; 22 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Norma VanAusdal, Santiquin.

Funeral services Saturday, 11 a.m., March 16, Edgemont South Stake Center, 350 East 2950 North, Provo. Friends may call Friday evening 6-8 p.m. at the stake center and also Saturday one hour prior to service. Burial Vine Bluff Cemetery in Nephi at 2:30 p.m. Anderson Funeral Home of Nephi, Funeral Directors.
