Coldwell Banker Premier Inc., which has offices in Salt Lake City, Bountiful, Ogden, Park City and St. George, closed 3,405 transactions totaling $305.6 million in 1990, an 18 percent increase over 1989.

President Scott Webber said, "The real estate market in northern Utah continued to gain strength during 1990 and signaled a stronger Utah economy. We've have good growth in sales and opened our new St. George office in August."Also during the year, Coldwell Banker Premier was nationally recognized as one of top 100 residential real estate brokers in the U.S. by National Relocation and Real Estate Magazine, the first Utah company to attain that honor.

The magazine ranked the company 18th nationally on the average number of transactions per sales associates and 84th in transactions, Webber said.

He also announced that Joan Pate from the Fort Union office was the company's No. 1 sales associate, her fourth consecutive year for the honor. She had 131 sales totaling nearly $15 million in volume.

Greg Call from the South Davis office was the No. 2 sales associate and Judy Webber from the Ogden office was the No. 3 sales associate.
