The new board members are Elaine Rich Anderson, Judith Fetzer Edwards, Carol Brennan Moss and Kay Lynn Blake Wakefield, all of Salt Lake City.Sister Anderson has served in many Church positions, including the Brighton LDS Camp Young Women Executive Committee, Primary teacher and Young Women adviser. She and her husband, Jay M. Anderson, live in the East Millcreek 9th Ward, Salt Lake East Millcreek Stake.
Sister Edwards has served as Relief Society president, Primary president, a member of the Relief Society general writing committee, and Sunday School teacher. She has volunteered service to local schools and to the Primary Children's Medical Center. She and her husband, Robert W. Edwards, are members of the Ensign 6th Ward, Salt Lake Ensign Stake.
Sister Moss' Church service has included stake Primary president, Primary teacher and Young Women adviser. She has worked as a volunteer in the Oncology Department at Primary Children's Medical Center. She and her husband, Brian H. Moss, live in the Federal Heights Ward, Salt Lake Emigration Stake.
Sister Wakefield served with her husband, Garth J. Wakefield, in the Spain Bilbao Mission where he was mission president from 1987-1990. She is a member of the Tabernacle Choir. She has been a seminary teacher and has served in Young Women and Relief Society presidencies. They live in the Kenwood 2nd Ward, Salt Lake Wilford Stake.
