More detailed information has been released by Juab County sheriff Dave Carter concerning a woman found slain south of Nephi Friday.

According to a report issued by the Utah State Medical Examiner, the identity of the woman, whose nude body was discovered by rabbit hunters 1,000 feet east of Mills Junction on Interstate 15, has a good chance of being determined.Carter said the woman had a tattoo on her left shoulder with the word "Howell's" and a small red heart beneath it. Beneath the heart the word "throb" was written.

The woman also had extensive dental work on her upper teeth. Carter said there is some indication that the woman might have had an old injury to her right eye.

Information previously released by Carter was that the woman died from a gunshot wound to the head.

She was white, about 5 foot 8 inches tall, weighed 140-145 pounds and had shoulder length brown hair.

Investigation into the death is continuing.
