Horton the Elephant, a popular Dr. Seuss character, will be brought to life in mime and song at six Salt Lake City libraries in March.

The music and mime program will present "Horton Hatches the Egg."Times and locations are as follows:

- Rose Park Library, 1185 W. 1000 North, Monday, March 18, 7 p.m.

- Anderson/Foothill Library, 1135 S. 2100 East, Saturday, March 23, 10:30 a.m.

- Sprague Library, 2131 S. 1100 East, Saturday, March 23, 2 p.m.
