Robert Marquardt was elected chairman and chief executive officer of Management & Training Corp. headquartered in Ogden. He has been with the corporation's Meridian Publishing division since 1983 and was named president of the division in 1985. Walter Boyden has been named director of marketing of the Utah Transit Authority. He was formerly employed at Fotheringham & Associates. Jody Powell was named training officer in the community banking group of First Security Bank. She joined the bank in 1954 as a secretary. Pete Falvo has joined Coldwell Banker Premier as a sales associate. A 21-year veteran of the real estate profession, he formerly was employed by Huntsman/Falvo Realtor. Jolene Paramore Reif was promoted to associate at Valentiner Architects. She is an operations manager and has worked at the firm about two years. Carolyn -Graham has joined Fotheringham & Associates as a public relations account executive. She was formerly a communication specialist for the Utah Council for Crime Prevention.
