How does an intelligent, creative woman make sure her ideas get proper consideration in a workplace still largely dominated by men? What does a woman do when her talent and training aren't enough for success?

These and other questions of concern to today's working women will be answered during the 16th annual Northern Utah Women's Conference on March 9 at the Ogden Park Hotel.More than 300 women are expected to attend the conference keyed to the theme, "Woman to Woman . . . Stronger and Better in the '90s." KSL-TV anchorwoman Shelley Thomas will keynote the conference during a 9 a.m. breakfast.

Participants can register at 8 a.m. Cost is $15 for those registering by March 2. Registration at the door is $20; senior citizens can participate for $10.
