Decker Adams has been named a review appraiser at Zions First National Bank. He was formerly a senior appraiser at American Savings and Loan. Kevin Higgins was appointed special assistant to Salt Lake County Commissioner Jim Bradley. He was formerly assistant director of the Utah Energy Office. Kris Ford has been named manager of the new Cottonwood office of the Travel Zone. She has worked in the travel industry 17 years and was owner-manager of her own agency for 12 years.
