Salt Lake Acting Company will present a free reading of Stephen Metcalfe's play, "Strange Snow," at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 10, in the Nora Eccles Museum of Art on the Utah State University campus.

The reading, which has a format that has become a popular part of SLAC's program in Salt Lake City, will include light refreshments."Strange Snow" is Metcalfe's touching story about two Vietnam veterans who try to put their lives back together after the war. Directed by Toni Lynn Byrd, it features Don Glover as David, Michelle Peterson as Martha and Richard Scott as Megs. Stage direction is being handled by Matt Alex.

Thanks to a generous grant from the Marie Eccles Caine Foundation, SLAC is taking its annual Free Spring Reading Series "on the road" for the first time, with "Strange Snow" being the first of three readings scheduled for Logan.
