The David M. Kennedy Center for International Studies at Brigham Young University has changed the scheduled appearance of a senior commercial attache with the U.S. Embassy in Beijing.

Timothy Stratford will discuss economic relations between the People's Republic of China and the United States Friday, March 8, at BYU instead of today as originally scheduled.Stratford will speak at 3 p.m. in the Kennedy Center Conference Room (238 Clark Building). His presentation is open to the public.
