The program started in San Diego after founders of the program were involved in a search for a nine-year-old boy who became lost in the mountains and died. The program focuses on information about how not to get lost, how to stay comfortable if a person becomes lost and how to be spotted and found. For more information or to register, call Salt Lake County Library System, 943-4636.
