Arlena Harrison Holley, age 93 of Mapleton, died, Saturday May 18, 1991 at Utah Valley Hospital of causes inciden to age.

She was born September 10, 1897 in Springville, to George W. and Ada Bissell Harrison. She married Glenn Holley November 20, 1918 in Salt Lake City, the marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.She was reared and attended schools in Springville. She was an active member of the LDS Church, having served in many church positions in all of the auxiliary organizations. She was a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers for many years. She enjoyed doing genealogy work and doing temple ordinance work.

She is survived by three sons and one daughter, Russell Holley and wife, Lola, of Salt Lake City; Lamar Holley and wife, Lois, Springville; Dr. Robert Holley and wife, Wanda, Sandy; Mrs. Stan (Colleen) Thatcher, Mapleton; one twin sister, Arvilla Carter, Springville; one brother, Robert Harrison, San Lorenzo, Calif.; 23 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren.

Funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Mapleton, Utah, 2nd 6th Ward Chapel. Friends may call at the Wheeler Mortuary, 211 East 200 South, Springville, Utah, on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. or Thursday at the church one hour prior to service. Burial will be in the Springville Evergreen Cemetery.
