Ordinarily, a 22-year difference in the ages of a couple is a lot, but in the case of Lenore Benjamin and Ed Gould, it didn't matter at all.

The bride in Monday's nuptials was 92 years old and the groom was 70. Benjamin and Gould tied the knot at the Association of Jewish Blind of Chicago, where they both live.About 150 guests were on hand for the double ring ceremony, complete with a ring bearer and flower girl. The wedding was followed by lunch and dancing.

The new Mrs. Gould said when her husband first met her, he "fell like a ton of bricks." He called her "five feet of dynamite."

The romance between Benjamin and Gould was no whirlwind courtship. They dated for 31/2 years before deciding to get married.

Gould said the two met shortly after he arrived at the home in 1987.

"He just walked into my life. We started talking and we've been talking ever since," said Benjamin.
