Nancy Reagan led 35,000 schoolchildren in a pledge to abstain from drugs and alcohol, continuing the "Just Say No" anti-drug program she began as first lady. The Just Say No Foundation of Los Angeles County sponsored Thursday's rally at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif. In the pledge, the children from area schools promised to avoid consuming illicit drugs, alcohol and tobacco and agreed to urge their friends to do likewise.
