Nellie Craig Topham, age 66, died June 11, 1991, at the home of her daughter in Antimony, Utah.
She was born November 20, 1924, in Panguitch, Utah, to Albert Franklin Craig and Cora Hatch. She married Melvin Orrel Topham July 11, 1944, in Provo, Utah. Solemnized March 1, 1991, in the St. George LDS Temple. He died August 25, 1982. Nellie and her husband trained race horses in Phoenix and Las Vegas most of their lives. She moved back to Utah after her husband's death in 1982. Member, LDS Church.Survived by: Two sons and one daughter and their spouses, Craig and Tanya Topham, Gunnison; JoLeen and Robert Gleave, Antimony; Kim and Sally Topham, Las Vegas, Nevada; 14 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one brother and five sisters, Wayne Craig, Santaquin: Mrs. Spencer (Roxie) Bowles, Nephi; Mrs. Lloyd (Opal) Lerwill, Salem; Shirley Lee Craig, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Pearl Greenhalgh, Santaquin; Mrs. William (Dorothy) Okelberry, Pleasant Grove. Preceded in death by three brothers, Jay, Bert, Dee and one sister, Lola, and her parents.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 15, 1991, at 1 p.m., in the Holladay Hills Funeral Home in Santaquin, Utah. Friends may call at the funeral home in Santaquin on Saturday after 12 noon. Burial wil be in Santaquin City Cemetery. Funeral directors, Neal S. Magleby & Sons Mortuary, Richfield, Utah.
