2ND PARK CITY FOOD FESTIVAL SET FOR SATURDAY AT BASE OF SKI AREA

"Savour the Summit," the second annual food festival featuring Park City chefs, is scheduled Saturday, June 15, noon to 8 p.m. Organizers of the charity event, to be held at the base of the Park City ski area, hope to raise $500 for the city's Youth Sports Advisory Board.

Twenty area restaurants are preparing a variety of cuisine from seafood and Chinese to Texas ribs and Cajun chicken. The event features cooking demonstrations, pizza tosses, ice carving and croissant rolling along with the food sampling. A variety of performers will provide entertainment throughout the day. Admission is free. A book of five coupons will be available for $6.
