DEATH: COLLEEN SWASEY JENSEN

Colleen Swasey Jensen, age 60 of Springville, died Tuesday, June 11, 1991 at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center of Heart and Respiratory Complications.

She was born November 7, 1930 at Mapleton, to Ellis R. and Leona Bird Swasey. She married Ronald J. Jensen, February 15, 1961 in the Manti L.D.S. Temple.She received her education in Mapleton and Springville. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, having served in various callings, including Relief Society, Primary, and Sunday School. She was an accomplished tole painter, and enjoyed camping and traveling. She was a very devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

She is survived by her husband of Springville, one son and two daughters, Brett Jensen, Mapleton; Mrs. Mark (Annette) Terry, Springville, Mrs. Blaine (Niki) Wride of Benjamin; seven grandchildren.

Funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Spring Creek Stake Center, 350 North 400 East. Friends may call at the Wheeler Mortuary 211 East 200 South, Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. of Saturday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery.
