DEATH: MARGARET CANTO PITCHFORD

Margaret Canto Pitchford, age 81, of Springville, died, Friday, June 14, 1991 at the home of her son.

She was born May 25, 1919 in Roslyn, Washington, to John Domonic and Teresa Maria Illione Canto. She married Elmer Coulston in Watsonville, Calif. November 20, 1937, he later died. She married Dennis Pitchford in Reno, Nevada, November 30, 1952, he died in 1973.She attended school in Kenilworth, Utah later moving to Mapleton, and to Stockton, Calif., where she lived for 38 years. She was the manager of the Pump Room Restaurant in Stockton for several years, she then managed the West Lane Bown until she moved to Springville in 1973. She was a member of the LDS Church she loved gardening and flowers.

She is survived by her son, John A. Canto, Spanish Fork; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Linda Coulston, Orangeville, Calif.; Mary Bleggi, Mapleton; Eda Canto, Price. She was preceded in death by one brother.

Funeral services will be Monday, June 17, 1991; 11 a.m. Wheeler Mortuary 211 East 200 So., Springville. Friends may call Sunday evening, 7-8 p.m. and an hour prior to services on Monday. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery.
