Cable TV mogul Ted Turner predicts Americans won't go for high-definition TV when it finally arrives, comparing it to the stereo TVs most folks don't bother with. "Life is already too complicated now," Turner told a convention of American Women in Radio and TV, reminding his audience that only 10 percent of VCR owners know how to work the recording function of their machines.
