Floyd S. "Pinky" Dammann, age 72, passed away June 18, 1991 in a Murray hospital.
Born July 20, 1918 in Merrick County, Nebraska to Albert Claus and Berti Simonson Dammann. Married June Johnson; later divorced. He was a veteran of World War II, U.S. Army. He retired as a locomotive engineer from Kennecott Copper. He enjoyed the out-of-doors, boating and fishing.Survived by his sons and daughters, Ralph and Louetta Dammann, Murray; Dennis and Carolyn Dammann, St. George; Gayle and Ron Kenfield, Kathy and Rolf Richter, all Sandy; 15 grandchildren; one great-grandson; sister, Alice Stengel, Hisperia, Calif.; and beloved friend, Leta Bell, of Murray.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, 1 p.m. at the Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State, where friends may call Saturday, one hour prior to services. Interment, Elysian Burial Gardens.
