A work meeting has been set for Thursday, June 27, at 5:30 p.m. for the City Council to consider problems with low water pressure in the city's culinary water system.

Residents of the Summer Ridge subdivision told the council Wednesday that water pressure in their homes is dropping below levels considered adequate by health officials. In some homes, the pressure level drops so low that automatic dishwashers and ice-cube makers fail to operate properly.

The City Council will consider when corrective action is necessary and if they will have to bond for funds to improve Lindon's culinary water system. The development of a secondary irrigation system will also be considered.
