Kenneth Stephen Richan 34, died June 24, 1991 in American Fork after a long illness.

Born February 21, 1957, son of Keith J. and Barbara S. Richan. He attended schools in American Fork and later worked at Timp Industries and Central Utah Enterprises. One of the founding residents of Deseret Village in Spanish Fork, Utah, he was also an enthusiastic cyclist, enjoyed bowling and participated frequently in Special Olympics. He was an active member of the LDS Church and held the office of Elder.Survived by his parents; a brother and his family, K. Brook and Debi, Amy, Carrie, Emilea and Felice Richans, of Provo; a sister and her family, Dyanne (Richan) Stevens, Mindy, Shana and Chase, of Orem; and grandmother, Matilda Richan, of American Fork.

Funeral services will be Friday 1 p.m. in the Anderson & Sons, Mortuary Chapel, 49 East 100 North, where friends may call Thursday, 7 to 8:30 p.m. and one hour prior to the services. Burial in the American Fork Cemetery
