DEATH: ERMA JENSEN

Erma Jensen, age 74, passed away June 24, 1991, at the home of her sister.

She was born September 7, 1916, in Brigham City, Utah to C. Elias and Edith H. Jensen. She graduated from Box Elder High School and LDS Business College. She enjoyed 42 years of service at Hotel Utah, retiring as Chief Accountant. She served as President of Hotel Greeters and served as Treasurer of Hotel Utah Credit Union. She was active in credit union activities throughout the state. She always loved her work and working with her co-workers. She traveled extensively and made many friends while serving with Hotel Greeters. She was always known for her honesty and love for the underprivileged. Her dependability and capability will be remembered by many. She was a member of the LDS Church. Although Erma never had children of her own, her greatest joys were adopting a niece or a nephew to take to sports events and doing things she thought they might enjoy.She is survived by one sister, Lucille J. Green; two brothers-in-law, Cornell Green and Paul R. Miller; many nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, 11 a.m., June 29, 1991 at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 So. Highland Dr., where family and friends may call Friday 6-8 p.m. and Saturday one hour prior to services. Interment, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
