Lois Ann Beckstead Jensen, age 59, passed from this mortal existence June 2, 1991 in West Jordan, Utah.
Born April 3, 1932 in Lark, Utah, a daughter of Alma Edgar and Perchy Ann Frederick Beckstead. Married Lawrence Aral Jensen, April 26, 1950 in Riverton, Utah. She was very talented with her hands and enjoyed making many crafts and her children and grandchildren. She was a dedicated and courageous spirit that endured great hardship. She cared deeply for all of those around her and was a source of inspiration to us all.Survived by husband, West Valley; four sons and four daughters, Lawrence Craig and Clayton A. Jensen, both of West Jordan; Suzanne M. Johnson, Hamilton, Montana; Shauna J. Bawden, Cynthia L. Craven and Garth L. Jensen, all of West Valley City; Jeanette Fagnant, Kemmerer, Wyoming; Corey W. Jensen, Beaverton, Oregon; mother, Perchy Ann Beckstead, Riverton; one brother and one sister, Alma Willis Beckstead and Carol Faye Slaymaker and 13 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, 2 p.m., at the Granger 14th Ward, 2101 West 3100 South. Friends may call Wednesday 5-8 p.m. at McDougal Golden Rule Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Thursday at the church 1:00 to 1:40 p.m.
Interment: Redwood Memorial Estates.
