DEATH: RUTH R. DAWES

Ruth Rindlisbacher Dawes, passed away June 3, 1991 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Born June 23, 1934 in Millville, Utah to LeRoy A. and Isabelle Neilson Rindlisbacher. Married Leon H. Dawes, December 24, 1954 in Murray, Utah. Later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Active member of the LDS Church, a very devoted Temple worker. Served in the Relief Society and as a Primary teacher. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was nice to everyone. She will be missed by all who loved her. She went to South Cache High School, where she graduated in 1952. A devoted worker at Holiday Oil Co. for many years.Survived by husband, Leon; five children, Debra and Tony Nguyen, Vickie and Jim Bennett, Richard LeRoy Dawes, Peggy Marie Dawes, Glen Sidney Dawes; seven grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Reed and Norma Rindlisbacher, Burt and Helen Rindlisbacher, Ila and Mike Peterson, Anabelle Skarlac, Ilene and Reed Christensen, Fern and Leigh Evans, Jay and Maureen Rindlisbacher; preceded in death by a son, Steve Leon Dawes, her parents, two brothers, two sisters.

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 7, 1991, 1 p.m. at the Kearns 12th Ward, 4260 West 5215 South. Friends may call Thursday evening 6-8 p.m. at Mackay Colonial Mortuary, 2128 South State St. and Friday one hour prior to services at the ward. Interment: American Fork Cemetery. Funeral Directors: Mackay Colonial Mortuary.
