The PacifiCorp board of directors has announced three senior management-level changes at PacifiCorp Electric Operations.

PacifiCorp is the parent company of Utah Power & Light.On Sept. 1, John A. Bohling will become executive vice president of operation at Pacific Power; John E. Mooney will become executive vice president of operations at Utah Power; and Shelley R. Faigle will be vice president of human resources for Electric Operations.

Company officials said Paul G. Lorenzini, executive vice president of operations at Pacific Power, will attend the Harvard Business School beginning in September and will be reassigned upon his return.

"These new assignments are the latest examples of how the company has matured, more than two years after the merger of PacifiCorp and Utah Power. The merging process is complete, and our two electric utility divisions, Pacific Power and Utah Power, are a single, vital company," said David F. Bolender, PacifiCorp Electric Operations president.

Bohling has been senior vice president of commercial operations at Utah Power Division since December 1989. He will move to Portland.

Mooney has been vice president of human resources for Electric Operations for one year and prior to that was assistant vice president in Pacific Power's Washington/Idaho/Montana region.

Faigle has been vice president of PacifiCorp Electric's marketing department for the past two years.
