Dale Otterstrom Allred, age 70, passed away August 4, 1991, while herding sheep in Dry Creek, Sanpete County, due to complications of diabetes.

Born June 21, 1921 in Fountain Green, Utah to Wiley Eugene and Naomi Otterstrom Allred. He attended school in Fountain Green and graduated from Moroni High School, he attended Snow College. He spent most of his life as a sheepman. He was a member of the LDS Church. He never married, but was endowed in the Manti LDS Temple.Dale was a loving, generous and compassionate person and had many friends who loved him.

Survived by two brothers, Euray and wife,

Madelyn; Morris and wife, Betty; all of Fountain Green; three sisters, Lucille A. Gadd, Nephi;

Geniel and husband, Austin Loveless, Logan; Mildred and husband Leo Mower, Salt Lake City; six nephews, nine nieces. Preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 8, 1991, in the Fountain Green LDS Ward Chapel. Friends may call Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, 94 West 300 North, Nephi, and Thursday morning 9:45-10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services. Interment, Fountain Green Cemetery.
