Three robbers holding up a fast-food restaurant in Queens early Saturday tried to fool arriving policemen by changing into workers' uniforms but were arrested when police noticed the thieves were not in company pants, police said.
The suspects, Wallace Whitehead, 21, Seyquan Epps, 20, and Charles Unique, 19, all of Queens, allegedly burst into the McDonald's at 12:01 a.m., said police spokesman Sgt. Ed Burns.A counterman, Albert Bulcole, 19, resisted, and one of the robbers cut him on the ear with a knife, Burns said.
Officers arrived a few minutes later after receiving a phone call.
