Gregory Low has been promoted to assistant trust officer at First Security Bank. He joined the bank in 1988 as a management trainee. David Denney was named second vice president at the Cache Valley Mall office of Zions First National Bank. He has worked at the bank for 23 years. Marilyn Hinkins has joined Gillham Advertising as public relations director. She was formerly general manager of the Phoenix office of a Dallas-based advertising and public relations agency. Mike Nitz was promoted to associate producer/development for STS Productions. He was formerly facilities coordinator in charge of scheduling and coordination of production projects. Lynn Wall has joined Layton Construction Co. Inc. as manager of finance and management information systems. He holds a bachelor degree in business finance from Brigham Young University. Shelly Schulthess was hired by Dahlin Smith White Inc. as a production artist. She was formerly junior art director at Penna Powers Cutting & Haynes.
