Recall notices have been issued on the following consumer products. The notices are listed in the September issue of Consumer Reports.

- MCA exercise cycle, model ST-81. Lack of chain guard could result in finger amputation. A total of 68,383 cycles sold from 1981-1987 for $150. The manufacturer is no longer in business. Either discard the cycle or have a chain guard installed to keep fingers from touching moving parts.- Charlico Dirty Dunk and Dirty Dunk Jr. children's laundry hampers. Hamper suspended from top of door could fall, posing severe laceration hazard. There were 120,000 Dirty Dunks sold 6/88-3/89 and 20,000 Dirty Dunk Jrs. sold 6/89-12/89. Products look like basketball hoop and basket mounted on backboard and attach to door with white S hooks. Those with orange hooks are not subject to recall. The manufacturer is no longer in business so either discard the product or attach a stronger S hook.

- Gift Gallery Potpourri Burner sold in K mart stores. "Tealight" candle sold with burner could start fire. There were 18,000 ceramic potpourri burners, model 20-00-21, sold 9/90-2/91 for $6. Cylindrical burners are cream colored with design overlay of strawberries on vine. Return burner to K mart for refund.

- Star Sales Co. Teddy Pet With Cassette tape player. Could catch fire. There were 1,015 toys, model 3851, sold since 1986. Brown and white bear is 12 inches tall and has moving eyes, ears and mouth. Battery-operated tape player is inside. Tag on toy reads HS-703. Return to store for refund.

- Comic Zoo Animals and Magic Milk & Juice Bottles toy sets. Small parts could choke child. There were 31,000 toys sold 1/90-12/90 for $2 or less. Comic Zoo Animals consist of small blue horse, peach donkey, yellow lion, pink turtle, peach giraffe and brown hippo. Magic Milk & Juice Bottles consist of two sealed 33/4-inch plastic bottles with milk and juice. When bottles are upside down, fluids disappear. Return toy to store for refund.

- Best Friends stuffed bunny toy. Sharply pointed plastic strips in ears could injure child. There were 5,580 toys sold 1/91-2/91 for $10 to $20. Bunnies are 9 or 12 inches tall, soft and silk-like, off-white and dressed in green, yellow, pink or blue romper with orange carrot on chest. Label attached to toy reads in part "Manufacturer: Anima Co., Ltd., P.O. Box Inchon, Korea." Return toy to store for refund.
