Robynn Marie Tingey, 5, died August 31, 1991 at the Primary Childrens Hospital of pneumonia complicated by heart and lung disease.
She was born May 16, 1986 in Orem, Utah to Robert G. and Jill C. Hunter Tingey. Robynn was a special child with Down Syndrome. With her special spirit she touched many lives with unconditional love and trust. She was vivacious and sparkled and had "loves" for everyone. Although her life spanned only five and a half years, it was meaningful and made an impact on everyone she met. She loved life and everything about it. She loved books, music and dancing, Walt Disney movies and scripture videos. She attended "Kids on the Move" in Orem and Handicapped Preschool at Barratt and Highland Elementary. She was a member of the American Fork 27th Ward Sunbeam Class.She is survived by her parents; four brothers and a sister, Steven M., Thomas L., John H., Michael W., Tamara D., all American Fork; two grandfathers, Harlo A. Hunter, San Diego, Calif.; and Lowell J. Thompson, Palm Desert, Calif.; two grandmothers, Roberta Tingey, Colorado Springs, Colo.; and Sylvia Hunter.
Services will be Wednesday, 12 noon, in the American Fork West Stake Center, 165 North 350 West. Friends may call at the Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 East 100 North, Tuesday 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday at the Church one hour prior to services. Burial, Willard Cemetery.
