Thomas T. Billings, a partner with the Salt Lake firm of VanCott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy, has been re-elected to the American Judicature Society Board of Directors at the society's annual meeting in Atlanta.

The American Judicature Society is a national independent organization of more than 20,000 citizens who work to create a greater public understanding of the nation's justice system.Billings is a graduate of Brown University and the University of Utah College of Law and has been the past chair of the Utah State Bar Bankruptcy Section. His most recent articles, "Basic Bankruptcy in Utah" and "Creditors Rights in Utah," were recently published by the National Business Institute.
