Parents can take their children to any Blockbuster during regular store hours and have them videotaped. Law enforcement agencies can use the video in the event the child is kidnapped or missing. The service is free, but parents need to bring in a 1/2-inch VHS videocassette or purchase one at Blockbuster. Proceeds from the sale of the Sony tapes will be donated to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
