Dr. Stephen Lash has opened a satellite office at Holy Cross Medical Park, 1275 E. Fort Union Blvd. He is a member of the Holy Cross Hospital medical staff and clinical instructor in the department of obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Utah's School of Medicine. Kathleen Goodliffe was promoted to central regional director of Murdock Travel. She was previously an account executive for the company. Blake Green has been appointed sales manager of Cellular One's Ogden and northern Utah territory. He was formerly a senior account representative. Alane White was named operations officer in the Clearfield branch of Zions First National Bank. She has worked for the bank five years. Tami Andersen has been named operations officer at the Industrial Center office of First Security Bank. She joined First Security Bank of Idaho in 1980. Mare Brixie was hired by Dahlin Smith White as a production manager. She has worked in print production 13 years, most recently as production manager at Tandem Studios.
