More than 20 Cuban inmates are scheduled to be deported Friday, the second group to be sent back to their homeland since the FBI put down an uprising at a federal prison.

Twenty-two or 23 prisoners will probably be deported Friday and 70 more are likely to sent back within six weeks, Tom Fischer, Immigration and Naturalization Service district director in Atlanta, said Tuesday.The inmates are at Talladega Federal Correctional Institution, about 40 miles from Birmingham.
