Police Chief LeRoy Webb said the officer, Shawn Paulsen, will help round out Clinton's police force, especially on the overnight and weekend shifts.Paulsen was most recently a reserve officer on the Clearfield City police force. He is a longtime Clinton resident and is married with two children.
