Directions: About 25 miles east of Kamas on hgihway 150 or 40 miles south of Evanston, Wyo., on highway 150.

DESCRIPTION: All five are high mountain lakes in pockets of aspens, pines and rugged mountain peaks. Mirror and Trial are largest, Teapot and Butterfly the smallest.

FISH: Rainbow and Brooke trout

WHAT WORKS: Traditional bait works well ...Night crawlers, Salmon Eggs, cheese, marshmallows, powerbaits also a good choice. Good evening and afternoon fly fishing - Black gnat renegade and mosquito, bubble and a fly works well most anytime. Wepps and spin-a-lure.

DEATAILS: Good place for float tubes or small rafts, fish usually in close to shore early and late. Smaller lakes fish with bait on bottom. With bubble trail fly about 4-5 feet on 4 pound leader. Because of easy access ( 1 1/2 hours from Salt Lake City) each is planted with catchables about every two weeks.
