Last week the Hillcrest Huskies were creating problems for south valley opponent Alta. This week they made problems for themselves.
Hillcrest quarterback Tyler Borg threw a late-game interception and missed three field goals and a PAT as Timpview beat Hillcrest 7-6 Thursday night.Borg handed off to running back Mike Heaton, who then passed to Dan Going for a 75-yard touchdown in the first period. The touchdown gave the Huskies a 6-0 lead. But Timpview quarterback Ryan Engemann connected with Dan Bradshaw on a 52-yard scoring pass and Ryan Sudweeks made the PAT for a 7-6 lead.
Borg threw a goal-line interception in the final minute.
