Gary Hansen has joined the Salt Lake firm of Parsons Behle & Latimer as a shareholder. He specializes in public finance, municipal bonds and federal income tax. Douglas Folsom was named director of finance at Dahlin Smith White Inc. A certified public accountant, he was formerly a senior tax accountant with the Salt Lake accounting firm Huber, Erickson and Bowman. Ceil Davey has been named director of corporate relocation for Coldwell Banker Premier Inc. She formerly was employed by Harry Norman Realtors in Atlanta. Jess Reid was elected chairman of the Utah Travel Council board of commissioners. He has served on the board since 1988. A. Rock Boulter has been named branch manager of Zions First National Bank's university office. He has worked for the bank 11 years. Paul Evans was promoted to manager of the Jordan Valley office of First Security Bank. He joined the bank in 1977 and was previously assistant manager of the bank's Fashion Place branch.
