Merrill Adamson Lott, 84, died January 19, 1992 at his residence.
Born July 12, 1907 in Lehi, Utah the son of LeRoy Evans and Agnes Adamson Lott. Married Lorraine Stewart September 5, 1933 in Chicago, Ill. Their first home was in Philadelphia, Pa. where Merrill was employed by the Navy as a Research and Development Engineer on aircraft engines. He later became Chief Engineer at the Naval Air Turbine Test Station in Trenton, N.J. In 1960 he became Chief of the Engine Section of the Federal Aviation Agency at Arlington Va. He returned to American Fork in 1970.Survived by his wife and three sons Ralph M. a Distribution & Warehouse Manager in Morrisville Pa., Alan W. Vice President of Farm Journal in Havertown Pa., Richard G. is the register at Arizona Western College at Yuma, Arizona, nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Wednesday 11:00 a.m. in the Anderson & Sons Mortuary Chapel 49 East 100 North where friends may call Tuesday 6 to 8 p.m. and one hour prior to services.
Burial in American Fork Cemetery.
