Rebecca Sanchez has joined Salt Lake Community Arts Center as operations manager of the Grand Theatre. She was formerly community affairs coordinator for former Mayor Palmer DePaulis. Diane Church was named human resource accounting officer of Valley Bank. She has worked for the bank eight years, most recently as operations supervisor at the Provo East Bay office. Garr Judd has joined Cobblecrete International as vice president. He was formerly vice president of RNR Consulting. Jerri Frank was named operations officer at the Orem office of Zions First National Bank. She has worked in banking 24 years. Michael Waterman has joined Fotheringham & Associates as an intern in its creative department. He was formerly a junior account executive at KSFI-FM 100. Isaac Jones was named examining officer in the examination division of First Security Corp. He was formerly a consumer loan officer at the southern division consumer loan center of First Security Bank in Provo.
