David Dewey has been named assistant vice presi-dent/senior consumer loan officer at Zions First National Bank's retail loan center. He has worked in banking 14 years, most recently for Williamsburg Savings Bank. Richard Evans was named operations officer at Zions First National Bank's office on Harrison Boulevard in Ogden. He was formerly employed by Sandia Federal. Margot Koelle has been appointed interim director of product development at Gull Laboratories Inc. She has worked for the company as a research scientist since 1990. Michael Malan was named director of finance and secretary/trea-surer of Gull Laboratories Inc. He will oversee the human resources department. Melinda Zobrist has joined Hal Gardiner & Associates as a public relations intern. She is a senior at the University of Utah majoring in public relations. Richard Martin was designated a life underwriter training counsel fellow by the National Association of Life Underwriters. He is an account executive at First Security Insurance Co.
