Ski bus service
Expanded schedule: Nine new buses, funded by Cottonwood Canyon resorts, have allowed for expanded service.
Routes: Ski bus service begins at the South Towne Mall. Buses travel from the mall up 10600 South to 700 East. They then go up 700 East to 9400 South, then east to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons.
When: Service will depart the mall every half hour from 7 a.m. through 9:30 a.m. Buses will return from the resorts in the afternoon with the last bus leaving Brighton at 5:45 p.m. and the last bus leaving Alta at 4:20 p.m.

Property-tax relief: If you qualify for property tax relief or know someone who does, Salt Lake County Treasurer Arthur L. Monson wants to hear from you. Monson said about 13,000 residents took advantage of tax reduction programs last year, but he suspects there are many more who were eligible. (See story, Page B3.)
