Ted Turner is expected to deliver the keynote address at the 1992 American Film Market on March 23 in Santa Monica, Calif. By that time, Turner's wife, Jane Fonda, should be on the go again. Fonda was released Tuesday from a Birmingham, Ala., sports medicine clinic following surgery to fix torn cartilage in her right knee.
