SHARE OREM PLANS HEARINGS ON ZONING REQUESTS

The City Council has scheduled a series of public hearings to consider master plan and zoning changes.

Listed for each item below is the name of the individual or entity making the request, the address, requested master plan change and requested rezoning.Public hearings at 7 p.m. on Feb. 25 are:

- Ara Bekearian, 700 North and Orem Boulevard, from professional office to high density residential, rezone from PC-2 to R-1-6.

- Woodriver Development Inc., 200 S. 1100 West, from low density residential to medium density residential, rezone from R-1-8 to R-1-7.5.

- KC West, 400 North and Orem Boulevard, from medium density residential to high density residential, rezone from R-1-7.5 to R-1-6.

- Robert Hall, 650 West Center St., from low density residential to medium density residential, rezone from R-1-8 to R-1-7.5.

Public hearings at 7 p.m. on March 3 are:

- Bruce Dickerson, 1800 North State St., from transitional to high density residential.

- Richard Davis, 1700 S. Sandhill Rd., from low density residential to high density residential, rezone from R-1-8 to R-1-6, approve a preliminary plan for an 88-unit apartment complex.

- Fidelity Development Co., 200 West Center, from community shopping to high density residential, rezone from PC-2 to R-1-6.

- ABP Investments, between 400 West and Sandhill Road and 1300 South and approximately 1500 South, from low density residential to regional shopping and high density residential.
