"What a great idea! Let's steal it!"

That's the title of the Friday, Feb. 7, luncheon presentation of the Utah Advertising Federation, which will explore the use of "borrowed ideas" in advertising.Scheduled guest speaker is Bob Garfield, columnist for Advertising Age magazine.
