Mr. Hagman died Dec. 19, but a memorial notice wasn't placed in newspapers until today (Monday), and no services were held. A longtime Eagle fan, with wife Leola, Mr. Hagman purchased 45 percent of the club in July 1986 to help Art Teece keep the Eagles going through rough financial times. The Eagles won International Hockey League championships in both 1986-87 and 1987-88. Mr. Hagman's ownership involvement ended, with Teece's, when Larry H. Miller bought the club in late September of 1989.Mr. Lambourne died after a year-long struggle with stomach cancer on Dec. 30. He was part founder of the Screamin' Eagles booster club in 1969 and served many years as the club's president.
