Elaine Peterson Mann, age 74, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend passed away Tuesday January 7, 1992.
She was born January 20, 1917, in Arco, Idaho to Christian Edgar and Olive N. Braithwaite Peterson. She married Dale D. Mann, June 17, 1937, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She was an active member in the LDS Church and taught in many auxiliary organizations. She did beautiful handwork, loved and wrote poetry, and was known for her love, compassion and service to others.She is survived by her husband, Dale; children, Dalane and DeMar Evensen, Woods Cross; Linda and Richard Adams, Layton; Harold and Arline Mann, West Bountiful; Jolene and Michael Watson, Bountiful; JaNae and Norman Stevens, Idaho Falls; Mark and Sherylan Mann, Woods Cross; Ross and Pat Mann, Kaysville; 38 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 11, 1992, at 1 p.m. at Bountiful 5th and 43rd Ward, 990 North 100 West. Friends may call Friday evening from 6 - 8 p.m. at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main, and Saturday at the church 11:45 -12:45 prior to the service. Interment: Bountiful City Cemetery.
