Fay Junior Llewellyn, age 62, died Wednesday, October 14, 1992, at University Hospital of complications from Rheumatoid Arthritis.

He was born Nov. 28, 1929 in Springville to Fay and Mina Cazier Llewellyn. He married Mary Lou Marvin March 30, 1951; marriage later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. He was raised in Mapleton and attended schools in Mapleton and Springville. He was an avid gardener, and was a member of the Utah Orchid Society. he received national awards for his orchids. He loved fishing. He had a great deal of pride in his children and grandchildren. He played the accordion, and gave accordion lessons. He was a High Priest in the Springville 8th Ward, and served in two bishoprics.He is survived by his wife of Springville; two sons and three daughters, Michael J. and Patsy Llewellyn, Bullhead City, Ariz.; Doug and Katy Llewellyn, Eric and Joan Mecham, Amy Llewellyn, all of Springville; Todd and Sue Ann Whiting, Mapleton; 13 grandchildren; two brothers and one sister, Morris J. Llewellyn, Springville; Robert W. Llewellyn, Spanish Fork; Janet Taylor, Murray.

Private interment for family was Thursday, in the Evergreen Cemetery, under direction of Wheeler Mortuary. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m., Friday, October 16, 1992 in the Springville 8th Ward Chapel, 355 East Center.
