Wade Erastus Hansen, age 29, died February 9, 1992 in Provo of injuries sustained in an auto accident.
Born August 26, 1962 in Gunnison, Utah to Evan E. and RaNae Childs Hansen. Graduated from Carbon High School, CEU, and UNLV in Computer Management. He was an Eagle Scout, and an active elder in the LDS Church. At the time of his death, he was employed by WordPerfect in Orem where he has lived for the past year and a half. He was a past employee of Nevada Power, and Deseret Book Company. Though he has been wheelchair bound his entire life, he never let his handicap come between him and his goals. He will be remembered for his positive attitude in the face of adversity.Survived by parents, Evan and RaNae Hansen, Price; brothers, Victor and wife Debra, American Fork; Travis Hansen, Price; sisters, Tiffany and husband Todd Lauritsen, Salt Lake City; Tabrina Hansen of Orem; and Taramie Hansen of Price; grandmothers, Martha Hansen, Mayfield; and Vivian Childs of Centerfield; and a good Friend, Richie Gould of Provo.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 12, 1992, at 11:00 a.m., in the Price 7th Ward Chapel. Friends may call Tuedsay from 7-8 p.m. at the Fausett Mortuary in Price, and one hour prior to services at the church.
Burial, Price City Cemetery.
